‘Your Child holds the knowledge, the ability, and the inner drive to act’

Integrative Child Coaching, - Counseling, and Therapy

No Child Shows Certain Behavior Without a Reason

Consciously or unconsciously, your child is communicating something through their behavior—something that is going on inside. Sometimes, an experience at a young age has not yet been fully processed, or there may be another reason why certain behaviors appear. These may include extreme disobedience, severe shyness, fear of failure, avoidance, or aggression.
Often, children are judged or punished for their behavior, which can make the problem worse. Yet behind the behavior usually lies the real issue—or an unmet need.

Integrative Child Coaching, Counseling, and Therapy

The goal of integrative child coaching, counseling, and therapy is to gain a sense of control and, from there, to grow. Your child is supported in learning how to help themselves.

When difficulties are mainly connected to external circumstances—such as divorce, bullying, or the loss of a loved one—coaching is often sufficient. Your child then learns new ways of coping with these situations.
When inner conflicts are present, counseling can be supportive. And in some cases—for example in situations involving dissociation—therapy may be needed.

I guide your child in working through and integrating what feels painful or overwhelming, so that the positive and joyful parts hidden behind difficult emotions can resurface. This makes room for new experiences and further growth.

Your Child Knows, Can, and Does

The integrative approach is based on trust in the child’s own wisdom. The principle “Your Child holds the knowledge, the ability, and the inner drive to act” reflects the natural capacity for healing and growth that every human being carries within.

I work with your child in a way that fits their unique needs, so that the journey toward happiness and well-being unfolds naturally and from a place of strength. During this positive change, your child learns to integrate new skills, feelings, and possibilities into daily life.
