Schools (Primary & Secondary Education)
Every child is part of a larger whole: their family, their class, their school.
Teachers play an essential role in this. Their well-being and professional growth directly influence the children they guide each day.
Training: De gelukkige klas
As a teacher, you give so much of yourself every single day. You motivate, support, encourage, and dedicate yourself to helping every child grow.
But who takes care of you?
A teacher’s well-being may well be the greatest gift you can give your students. Because a happy teacher is the foundation of a happy classroom.
Together with Madelon Dik, I offer the training De gelukkige klas. In this program, teachers discover how personal leadership can help them create a positive, lasting impact—on their students and on themselves.

Individual Coaching for Teachers
Trainings and workshops provide valuable tools, but sometimes more personal guidance is needed. In one-on-one coaching we explore together:
- The challenges you face in your work
- Where your strengths lie and what pitfalls you encounter
- How you would like things to be different
- What may be holding you back from taking that step
- The opportunities and possibilities ahead of you
These sessions bring more clarity, confidence, calm, and energy. This not only increases your job satisfaction but also enriches your overall sense of fulfillment in daily life.
Interactive Lectures at Schools
My passion is to inspire adults to communicate with children from a place of equality and respect. At home, parents are in charge; in the classroom, teachers are in charge. But in both situations, communication can take place in a way that honors equality.
That means: addressing children’s talents and strengths, trusting that they carry many solutions within themselves. This approach invites children to take responsibility, build self-confidence, and naturally grow into resilient, independent adults.
In my lectures, I share stories, examples, and practical tips. No finger-pointing—just recognition, humor, and openness. Together we explore the challenges of guiding children and teenagers, how triggers and beliefs from our own childhood can play a role, and what young people truly need to become stable and happy adults.
Classroom Observations
Sometimes, despite everyone’s best efforts, it can feel impossible to truly connect with a child. Or a certain behavior may cause difficulties both for the child and for the group.
Through classroom observation, we look together at what approach works best and what the child specifically needs.
The observation is initiated by the parents. Depending on the situation, this may be followed by a feedback conversation and/or a written report, ensuring that everyone involved can move forward with clarity and a shared plan of action.
