Sleuteltraining ‘HarTgrondig opvoeden’

Parenting is wonderful, but it can also be quite challenging at times. You want to do it well, yet family life is not always as harmonious as you would like: struggles around school, bedtime or meals, arguments between siblings, or tensions in your relationship—perhaps even a separation. The good news is: you don’t have to face it alone.

With great joy, I offer the Sleuteltraining ‘HarTgrondig opvoeden’ for parents and caregivers.
In six sessions, we address “difficult” behaviors such as disobedience, whining, and lying. At the same time, the focus is on you in your role as parent or caregiver. You will learn to look at your child with warmth, love, and an open, curious perspective. By communicating differently, more positive connection and greater calm can arise at home.

Individual Parent Coaching

Some parents prefer individual coaching—either alone or as a couple. That is also possible. Together, we look at what suits your situation best, so that you can move forward with more confidence, calm, and joy.

Good to know:

  • Parent sessions can be conducted in both Dutch and English.
  • Parent coaching preferably takes place in person, but can also be arranged online if desired.
