About Me
Children inspire me every single day.
Their curiosity, their pure way of seeing the world, and their openness continue to move me. I recognize the resilience and wisdom that every child carries within. With trust as my foundation, I guide children so that change comes from within—and therefore can last.
I trained as an Integrative Child Therapist at the Dutch Academy for Psychotherapy. This education fully reflects my vision: a child knows it, can do it, and will do it—when they are truly seen, heard, and understood.
Alongside my work with children and parents in my practice, I also enjoy teaching at the Academy, where I help train new child coaches, counselors, and therapists.
My passion reaches beyond the therapy room. I want to inspire adults to communicate with children and young people from a place of equality and respect. I do this enthusiastically through trainings and lectures for parents and professionals.
In my work with children, I always look at the bigger picture: a child is part of a system. Parents and caregivers, the family system, and school all play a role in the child’s well-being.
As a parenting coach, I lovingly support parents and caregivers in what is perhaps the most beautiful—yet sometimes also the most challenging—task of all: raising children. Because family dynamics often have their roots in the wider family system, I completed the Family Constellations with Children & Adolescents training at the Ingrid Dykstra Academy. With this background, I guide individual (parenting) constellations that shed light on deeper dynamics and create space for change.
I have great respect not only for parents, but also for teachers. Through training and personal coaching, I help them strengthen their leadership so they can stand in front of their class with more calm, confidence, and joy.
Whether you are a parent, caregiver, or teacher—you are not alone. Would you like to know how I can support you and your child, or you as a teacher and your school? Please feel free to contact me for an informal conversation. Together, we can explore the type of support that best fits your needs.
